As a Psychiatric Nurse I am very passionate about parity of esteem, hearing and learning from the patient voice, co-design and co-production. I have a long standing interest in Staff and Service Practice Development, Patient Safety and Quality Improvement. I love networking and always want to learn from others and I am always willing to share to ensure the patient and their carer has the best experience of being on the receiving end of us.
