Sharon Kidd

Bio

Sharon has worked for the United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust for 18 years, initially as a personal assistant in Trust board and for the last 10 years as Patient Experience Manager.

Sharon is committed and passionate about driving forward improvements to improve the patients’ experience within the Trust. Sharon describes her present role as interesting, very varied and rewarding. The greatest buzz being when staff and patient recognised improvements come to fruition.

She is also really proud to be a FAB Ambassador, Johns Campaign Ambassador and a newly qualified Change Agent.

To share the FAB word to show and share the fantastic, brilliant, innovative ideas and projects which are happening across the whole NHS to our staff.

Sharon has produced a leaflet which she uses within her Trust to explain to people what Fab is, how they can share and get involved. It’s a great resource which you can edit for use within your work area.
