• Visiting had been severely restricted during Covid lockdown/peak – although at NNUH we had managed to support visiting for key groups eg; end of life, those with dementia, learning disabilities, mental health issues.
• Visiting guidance from NHS changed in June to support easing of restrictions
• Managing easing whilst keeping everyone safe was a challenge
