The ‘Improvement Partnership’ was established as a method of enrolling, involving and developing our staff, so they are supported and motivated to make the changes they want to see for the benefit of our patients, staff and wider community.
As well as to continue facilitating leading change and leading projects sessions, for 2018/19 part of the teams focus was to schedule action learning sets, celebration events and to establish a network meeting for all Improvement Partners across the Trust to come together on a regular basis.
The aim of this year has been to train and engage more staff to empower them to deliver quality improvement at PAHT.
