Through using excellent skills in leadership and management to focus on doing things right, the teams I work within and lead are able to function efficiently and effectively to meet performance, quality and finance targets, KPI’s and outcomes and most importantly benefit of the people who use and work in the services I lead.
The integration of health and social care is a passion of mine, which led me to study at a doctorate level in this topic, researching the options to facilitate this relationship from the perspective of the only registered profession (Occupational Therapists) working across health and social care.
