I’m Haydn and I work within Royal Cornwall Hospital Trust’s Quality Improvement (QI) Team utilising QI methodologies to provide project support and administration to a variety of projects and programmes.
I’m particularly interested in staff engagement and wellbeing, analysis, and communica-tions and enjoy networking with others to learn best practice, new tools/techniques and engagement methods that we can share our learning with. I have an Arts background and this means that I can always keen to add creative elements to my work and support others in developing creative content for projects and programmes of work along with managing our teams social media content, newsletters, posters, training and more.
