At Royal Cornwall Hospital Trust, we circulate a QI Quarterly Newsletter highlighting improvements that are happening across the Trust, resources, training, webinars etc.
This newsletter gets circulated across all staff (7000k) and is one way we encourage quality improvement and a change in culture.
The biggest aim of the newsletter is to share and celebrate others work and improvements - the newsletter has encouraged others to come forward and want to celebrate their work.
