I lead on Health and Wellbeing for Swim England who are the National Governing Body for swimming and other aquatic sports, but also have a wider participation focus, supporting thousands of swimming pool operators to be more accessible, inclusive and welcoming to people with long term health conditions, impairments and other communities who have barriers to participation.
