Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital

You may remember I had so many pledges I shared them on the academy of fab stuff as a share, a whole week full of pledges all complete during fab change week including ;

thanking staff in person for job well done no matter how busy I am,
introducing the swan bags to all Wards for unexpected deaths,
mouth care matters launch of the policy & film,
open a Swan Room in ED at Telford Hospital.
We also introduced a sympathy card, swan vouchers for relatives & much more.
We even had a visit from the fabulbous Roy & Terri it was an amazing week full of fab stuff. 0
