Recently at our hospitals in Burton-on-Trent, Tamworth and Lichfield we've been talking about the things that make
us proud - of ourselves, our colleagues, our Trust and the community we serve.Our staff newsletter, which is called Take PRIDE, has been featuring those TakePRIDE moments that staff wanted to celebrate. They can be big things and small things - but they are things that make a difference and in which we can all take pride.
Now we've decided to move that campaign outside the Trust and on to Twitter and this month we've started to use the hashtag #TakePRIDEmoments to share the good stuff that has made us proud over the last 12 months.
We'd love our colleagues across the NHS to join the conversation, so if you have any #TakePRIDEmoments, please share them with us.
