Wellbeing Erewash is a new approach to health and social care.

Erewash is a Vanguard looking at new ways of improving people’s health and wellbeing.
Wellbeing Erewash is focusing on three main areas:
  • Personal Resilience – how I keep myself well

    Wellbeing means feeling as well as you can be, physically and mentally, with the confidence and support you need to choose a healthy lifestyle and to get help when you need ihttp://wellbeingerewash.org.uk/personal-resilience/self-care-resources

     

     
  • Community Resilience – how we keep each other well

    Working with and supporting communities helps people to look after each other. Personal and community resilience are obviously linked. This may be a long term undertaking, but could be the best way to increase wellbeing amongst Erewash citizens over time

  • Integrated Primary and Community Services

  • Integrated Care Teams bring health and social care professional together to focus on the needs of individual patients, without being hampered by organisational boundaries. They work closely with GPs and make sure that people are seen by the right person in the right place at the right time.
