To achieve the goal, we have been working with teams across the Trust on the implementation of 2 Compliance related systems i.e. Policy & CQC Assure’.
This includes supporting our teams, by providing 1-2-1 training and advice. Small steps with regard to implementation, but BIG steps working jointly with our staff & teams to bring these systems successfully on line - Only the start more to come!
The Quality First Team is now working on ‘The PAHT approach to project management’, providing individuals with the tools and techniques to successfully implement change in the Trust.
This will enable us to continually make changes for the benefit of patients & staff – small steps, BIG results.
