The Preceptees at Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust recently completed the final day of their Preceptorship Programme for newly qualified nurses and AHP’s and as part of that designed and submitted posters on projects they had been involved with in their respective placements. There were some outstanding posters and some excellent ideas being taken forward into practice.
As joint winners for their posters which delegates voted for at the recent Quality Improvement Conference, congratulations to:
Katy - Adult Community Nurse, Basingstoke Town West ICT for her poster designing a tool to facilitate safe discharges into the community setting.
Isabelle - Mental Health Nurse in Winchester City OPMH Community Mental Health Team for her poster on the impact of exposure of green spaces on older people's mental health.
