Our service is provided by South Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (SEPT) in partnership with Atrium Clinic and Therapy Centre, and local MIND services.
Our innovative online psychoeducational courses have already helped thousands of people in Essex to improve the way they feel.
By signing up to one of our CBT-based psychoeducational online courses people can access treatment at a time and place that is convenient for them, on a laptop, PC, smartphone or tablet, as long as they've got an internet connection they can access the course.
When asked for feedback, almost all service users felt they got the help that mattered to them throughout their course of treatment- 98.6% got help that mattered
