The NHS is going through a crisis when it comes to staff retention and illness due to a number of things.
One of the biggest subjects thats the cause of this is stress, this can be seen in many different ways.
I am a third year student nurse and I have like most, been on numerous placements, and have disclosed I have a learning difficulty.
However, some mentors don't actually know what this is.
My project is to raise more awareness on Neurodiversity and to try and put reasonable adjustments in place to help those staff that haven't disclosed to have the confidence to disclose and get the help they need.
