This quality improvement (QI) project resulted in Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust (KCHFT) switching to a different product to use with patients, after colleagues said things could be done better.
It demonstrates how the trust listens to colleagues and values what they have to say - and how the trust wants the best for its patients.
The changes were made by the Intravenous Therapy Service at KCHFT.
