For obvious reasons this week, we've had to take the sad decision to close our Life Rooms buildings and satellite services.
What makes the Life Rooms is it's people, and although you can't get through the doors right now, we're working on new, fun and creative ways to bring the Life Rooms to you where you are right now.
We've launched a new programme of Staying Well, Staying Home, with courses and content for people to access online in their own homes.
There'll be cooking, exercise, managing your mental health and a whole lot more.
We will keep our communities together online, through this difficult time.
