Liaison’s market leading TempRE workforce service now has an app version, making it easier for workers to access the service on the go.
TempRE’s easy to access system already provides locums with a user friendly online system covering all activity and assignments and a centralised record and repository of their contracts, payslips and timesheets.
Now, workers can access it from mobile devices too. The android and iOS workforce app is designed for locums, bank staff and other healthcare professionals employed by NHS trusts and health boards using Liaison’s TempRE service.
Candidates can sign contracts, confirm shifts and submit timesheets in real time.
The app also enables bank workers to access live bank vacancies and apply for bank shifts quickly. The app is another investment in its market leading TempRE service.
The app makes the mobile service available ‘on the go’ for workers and supports Liaison’s NHS trust clients in making their service more accessible - helping to maximise their bank fill rates.
The app was successfully piloted at one of Liaison’s collaborative bank sites in the North East of England which covers five collaborating trusts and has been a resounding success. The trusts have seen a measurable increase in the number of vacancies filled by bank workers and in the number of doctors applying for bank shifts overall.
