Intermediate Care in the SHSCT continued to function and in fact develop as a response to Covid pandemic.
Recognised the importance of maintaining pt flow, support to unscheduled care including ED follow ups, rehabilitation in own homes and care homes.
Support and strong ethic from shielding / non face to face staff meant we could consider new ways of working
