Now in its second year, Haelo’s newest annual event will bring together like-minded people to celebrate film excellence, showcasing outstanding public sector films from across the world.
At the heart of the festival are the much coveted Film Festival Awards, made up of six prize-winning categories. The judging panel will be made up of international experts in filmmaking and public sector improvement. The awards are now open for entries!
