We are thrilled to announce that Fab and the Royal College of Nursing Foundation will be sharing a space in the exhibition hall at the Giant Health event 9th/10th Dec.
We would love to see YOU - we have free VIP tickets which will enable you to attend the 2 days of the conference (there are 5 conference streams) so why not come, learn, network with us and explore the exciting collaborative projects we have planned.

100 Voices of Change: Inspiring Journeys in Quality Improvement
Whats it all about? As you will know, the entire focus of Fab is the sharing of best practice and service improvements. It's also about not starting with a blank piece of paper and learning from others. Nothing epitomises this more than the work of the Evidence/QI team at Somerset NHS Foundation Trust, who every month share their QI Evidence Monthly newsletter. Since 2021 we have built an impressive library, this work is the most viewed on the website and you can find this QI Evidence Library HERE
Our Fab Member Ambassador Andrea Gibbons is the inspiration behind 100 voices of Change. She knows that in healthcare, the path to meaningful change is often paved with challenges, resilience, and innovation. In 100 Voices of Change, we want leading voices in Quality Improvement (QI) to share their personal stories of transformation, offering insight into the triumphs, setbacks, and breakthroughs that have shaped their journeys.
From frontline staff to senior leaders, each voice offers a unique perspective on how QI projects have not only improved patient care but also transformed the way we think about leadership, teamwork, and the power of storytelling in driving change. These candid conversations provide valuable lessons for anyone passionate about making a difference in healthcare—whether you’re just starting your QI journey or have been at the forefront of improvement for years.
100 Voices of Change will be more than just an (audio) book—it will be a source of inspiration, a toolkit for leaders, and a testament to the power of shared learning in the pursuit of excellence.
