Starting as a spontaneous idea from the ‘Hubbies’, mainly students from the NHS Leadership Programme, Change Day has grown into Change Week.
There are a huge number of good ideas, pledges and change innovations that come from Change Week enthusiasts.
This year we have gone, all out, to encourage those of you who have pledged, to turn your ideas and promises into action and outcomes, to share with the rest of the NHS.
As the health and care system faces challenges, like never before, it is vital that we create the opportunities for the front-line inspirations to become a reality. Ideas into action.
Thats why we will be visiting the NHS, all over England, to meet colleagues who have made pledges and are making them a reality, and organisations who have made a special effort to make Change Week memorable. #FabHero
