I pledged to highlight and promote Advanced Practice and to ensure all our Advanced Practitioners in ECS keep patients at the centre of care utilising advanced clinical skills, autonomous practice and leadership. To support our staff in Continual Professional Development, sharing skills and knowledge. I pledged to establish an Advanced Practitioner (AP) Forum to support our APs and trainee APs working within community services.
