Join us for a free conference on improving the urgent and emergency care pathway in the NHS.

Chaired by Roy Lilley and facilitated by our Emergency Care Intensive Support Team, the conference will take place in Manchester. Join us to:

• hear the latest developments of the A&E improvement plan
• hear about practical improvement interventions
• share your experience with urgent and emergency care colleagues
• meet with NHS Improvement colleagues and find out what national support is on offer

This national event will include 4 practical improvement workshops, covering topics including:

• whole system escalation
• improving frailty pathway

• running an assessment unit (including EDD and CDD)
• improving medicines discharge processes
• the SAFER patient flow bundle and red:green days
• discharge to assess
• focus on simple discharge
