15s30m Improvement: Colour Coding Folders
It was recognised that digital folders were being missed or not easily found with the Patient Transport team, which was adding extra time into out processes and causing additional stress/pressure on top of already lengthy processes.
The aim was that a colour coding system would enable us to all find them with ease.
