Can you identify an area where video can be used to improve patient care?

Do you want to use video to improve the efficiency of a care pathway?

Do you want to adopt a different approach to your Quality Improvement Project?

If the answer is yes to any of the above enter our competition to win:

* Production of up to 2 videos to support your project if not already in the HCV library

* plus use of up to 5 videos in the Health and Care Videos library

* Support in presenting your project at regional or national meetings

* Recognition of your work through Health and Care Videos publicity and your newly commissioned videos featured on www.healthandcarevideos.com

* A subscription to BMJ Quality

Who is eligible? All trainee doctors in the South West (Severn and Peninsula).

What do I need to do? To enter complete the form below. We need a detailed description of your proposed Quality Improvement Project explaining: How you would use video to improve the care provided to patients and carers, or How you would use video to improve service efficiency How the impact of the videos will be evaluated and measured Take a look at some example videos, Sepsis and Discharges, in our library that have already been central to successful Quality Improvement Projects, audits and subsequent poster presentations. You may choose to use one of the existing videos in the Health and Care Videos library, or make a suggestion for a new clinical area not already featured*.

We are a trading arm of the Torbay and South Devon NHS Foundation Trust and we have been using videos for a number of years to support patients and users in their care journey, and to educate staff.
