I am a marketing and communications lead at SCW, an NHS support unit, working with colleagues across systems, including ICSs, PCNs, GPs, CCGs, Acute and Community Trusts and Local Authorities. Part of my role is to share good examples of the support and transformation that is happening in health and care.
I’m happy to share colleagues stories of the work they are doing to optimise care provision, improve population health and equalities, and drive collaborative working. I work with a team of subject matter experts in a variety of health and care areas. If you need help with something, we probably have a specialist who could help.
I believe there is a lot we can all learn from each other through sharing experiences. Importantly, this includes the value that can be achieved by ensuring we put patients’at the heart of care.
