Sebastian (Twitter @S3bster) is a Consultant Paediatrician, based in Chesterfield and has a regional role in child protection. He is passionate about improving services for children, families and staff and is currently developing a whole-system pathway for assessment and management of children and adults with Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder.
He had a national fellowship at the NHS Institute for Innovation and Improvement (2008-9), and has been actively involved with both NHS / Fab Change Day and a Fab Ambassador, since their respective launches.
He has Diplomas in Medical Education and in Healthcare Leadership. He was selected as Health Service Journal Rising Star in 2014
