I am a Senior Project Manager working within an Improvement Programme using Quality Improvement Science and Project Management Techniques. Currently working to improve flow throughout the system as evidenced by the 4 hour access standard presenting in A&E.
We've implemented a really successful frailty intervention team in the heart of our Emergency Department which has reversed the conversion rate of elderly patients presenting to our ED.
