Luke Baumber is the Trust Head of Quality Improvement and has been in post since September 2017.
Luke has been in the Trust nearly 4 years and previously worked in the Offender Health Directorate in the Forensic Division. Largely working in criminal justice sector, Luke has worked in mental health, substance misuse and sexual offending before specialising in operational management and improvement science.
