Senior lecturer in adult nursing at Sheffield Hallam University and a Critical Care sister by background. I lead a large interprofessional module which focuses on service improvement and co-production. I am passionate about developing links between higher education and clinical practice and encouraging the healthcare professionals of the future to rock the boat and make changes to improve the quality of patient care.
