I am currently the Associate Director of Nursing for the Quality Improvement Team at our Trust. I have worked here for nearly thirty years and have passion and commitment to both this organisation and the NHS.  I am a critical care nurse by background but have also had a number of roles including Head of Nursing for Practice and Performance and operational Associate Director of Nursing roles in a variety of healthcare groups. I use my clinical leadership skills to engage staff to drive forward the quality improvements they want to see for their patients, their colleagues and the organisation.    I am  a qualified coach and use these skills to support a wide range of staff across the NHS.  These coaching skills are also used to ask good questions when facilitating change and leading Action Learning sets to support our quality improvement partners.
