I have worked in the Quality First team at The Princess Alexandra Hospital in Harlow since 2017. Prior to this, I have worked on a number of project and quality initiatives in acute and mental health trusts. I have also spent some time working in a CCG.

Prior to starting me career in the NHS, I worked for a number of years in the financial sector working in a number project and operational roles. I believe that this background provides me with the ability to look at things with a fresh pair of eyes.

I am passionate about improving services in the NHS and see myself as fortunate to have the ability to work in such a diverse team supporting our staff and teams to meet the challenges of working in a modern NHS.

My prefect day would be to work with the teams and individuals at our trust sharing my knowledge of both project management and quality improvement through the medium of training #OneTeamOneDream.
