Jess is currently working in Swansea where she manages the OT unscheduled care team and is currently completing a masters in enhanced professional practice and has recently become a health and work champion under the royal college of OT, to promote a culture change surrounding vocational input across the service.
she has worked in mental health since qualifying, with a vast experience from working in vocational rehab, recovery colleges, acute and community mental health, as well as experience in crisis teams.
She has a real passion for recovery and transforming mental health and has implemented this in all her experience across health boards.
She strives for service improvement in the NHS and is constantly looking at initiatives and interventions which can be applied to make the service the best that it can be ☺
She is always keen to explore new and upcoming idea for improving the service she works in.
