Hello my name is Jane, I am a registered Midwife and I lead our amazing Fab Ambassadors team nationally . I feel so privileged in this role and colleagues have become lifelong friends. We now have a giant Fab family of individuals who share the same collective hopes, dreams and aspirations which make the NHS such a fabulous place to work in.
I am passionate about quality improvement and sustainable change and have been kindly described as a rebel and unconventional in my thinking about transformation. I am beginning a change management PhD in Autumn 2018.
