I am currently an assistant project manager in the quality first department of the Princess Alexandra Hospital in Harlow, my prior role was as a project officer at North West Surrey CCG.

I am an enthusiast when it comes to Quality Improvement. I believe in kindness, openness, building connections, and sharing good practice, I use this attributes to foster and build QI and change capability with frontline staff. Currently working as a QI project manager in Medicines Optimisation and Theatres Quality Improvement.
