Cheryl Davies works as a Project Manager at University Hospitals Southampton FT, she has over 18 years of working within the NHS and has held a senior roles within Information, Project Management and Informatics. She has a great passion for measurement for improvement to showcase improvements within Quality Improvement Projects. She has lead two national projects relating to Ambulatory Emergency Care and Acute Frailty Network. UHSFT won both “best awards” for the development of dashboards to support improvement in 2017. She active member of the #plotthedots NHS Improvement Campaign and provides mentorship to fellow colleagues and has presented at the Wessex QI Forum. She has contributed in the development of the new online informatics training tool to support the evidence of measuring for improvement. In her spare time, she is raising 6 year old twin girls!
