Programme Manager currently leading change in outpatients but with experience of leading change within NEL and EL patient pathways. I have extensive service & operational management experience; a finance background and an inquisitive mind.
I love using data to learn from and overlaying staff experience on top of that to create projects large or small to improve the journey for patients in hospital. I am an enthusiastic optimist my glass is always half full.
