Yellow sticker in A&E #UltimateULHT
The A&E team at Grantham Hospital have introduced a simple yellow sticker to attach to the CAS cards to identify vulnerable adults whether they are regular attenders, elderly, frail or from a care home and ensures the team put all the pieces of the jigsaw together to ensure all patients are safeguarded at all times.
The team are good at safeguarding children and now they are good at safeguarding all.
Simple but very effective!
