This busy oncall week I have pledged to be helpful, kind and polite; no matter how busy or stressed I am. Positivity, kindness and gratitude to others goes a long way. I achieved this through answering my bleep in a productive and positive manner! Being kind on the phone takes no extra time than being mean. It creates a positive atmosphere and I found people were more willing to help me with small tasks when I was busy.
