Taking place during 9 - 15 March 2020, ‘Integrated care in action’ week is dedicated to sharing the best practice and examples from across the country which show how integrated care is working “in action”.

The week aims to:

• highlight the best practice from the current 14 ICSs who have already done work to improve health and care

• help staff across the country to better understand the wider context of their work and how it fits into the integrated care agenda

• provide learning, support and tools to the current STPs to help them on their journey to becoming ICSs

• spread and socialise the ‘integrated care’ agenda across health and social care to help everyone understand how it fits in with their work.

With your support we can amplify the discussions around integrated care and galvanise momentum to keep us all focused on the journey ahead.

There are many ways in which you can support us to make the week a success:

• spread the word about integrated care in action week and our dedicated webpage of events and activity throughout your own organisations and systems to encourage people to attend

• use the dedicated hashtag #integratedcare across your social media before and during the week for any posts related to joined up system working

• make use of the suite of graphics produced for social media to help build a buzz

Social media

We have produced a suite of graphics which include banners as well as animated gifs which you can use to promote Integrated Care in Action week on social media.
