Hope Citadel Healthcare is a community interest company that tries to deliver excellent primary care in areas that need it most.
Having grown from 4 GP practices to 9 within 6 months (help!) we are understanding the problems of the high GP vacancy rate in a new way!!
However, we are still more and more committed to employing doctors that are passionate about their communities and about the values that got them to choosing medicine in the first place.
So we decided to get the kids involved... and made a video about what our doctors want to do when they grow up!
Have a look and tell us what you think. Our doctors get to work in teams that run gardening groups, choirs and toddler groups and even work with the Brazilian waxing shop to help improve the smear take up...but that's a story for another day!
