Using SnapChat to talk with young people about their health and wellbeing

When Kent School Health wanted to encourage more young people to use a text messaging service called ChatHealth, they worked with the Communications Team at Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust to find the best way to promote it.

Public Health Campaigns Manager Beverley Hunt suggested using SnapChat and by using this platform there was a 700 per cent increase in new conversations.
