It is also the opportunity for the division to launch campaigns such as #MyMeds to reduce the number of medication errors across the division,and to launch C.L.A.S.S.Y rounds - divisional forums involving nursing and medical colleagues to discuss various clinical situations to share learning and problem solve.
We are using Change day to engage staff and to provide them with the opportunity to really think about what they would like to change, however small, for the better.
Pledge slips have been made for staff to record their pledges and we can then use this to focus on as a divisional team going forward.
Refreshments will be available on the day and we'll be taking photographs to then celebrate how we mark the day.
