My pledge was to introduce our staff to the Academy of FAB Stuff by developing a small handbook which gives them everything they need to know about the Academy as a small taster so it will encourage them then visit the website.

I haven't 'reinvented the wheel' but used all the information that is on the website.

The booklet was launched our recent patient experience conference and staff have feedback that having read the booklet, they have now explored the website and have found ideas that they could adopt and some staff have already been in contact other other trusts to help them with their ideas.

The booklets will be handed out during FAB Change Week too!

Going forward the contents of the booklet will change slightly following Change Week and I'm currently working on version 2.
