UCLH Cancer Collaborative - good practice in early diagnosis of colorectal cancer

The UCLH Cancer Collaborative has been highlighting good practice in the diagnosis of colorectal cancer (also known as bowel cancer).

We produced three video and written case-studies on:

1. Straight to test pathway for bowel cancer - a potential strategy for reducing the time to diagnosis and therefore first treatment. Video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uQPFsHUKzC8 PDF case study: http://bit.ly/2pEeQRr

2. Endoscopy efficiency - exploring the productivity in endoscopy departments across eight NHS trusts in the UCLH Cancer Collaborative to evaluate how much additional activity could be delivered and showcasing UCLH's new approach Video:   http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kkk9G1gHer8
