The Wellness Tent provided an opportunity for people to drop in and chat with peers, reflecting on the highs and lows of the past year. This part of the Tent was not recorded to allow participants to talk and share.
The session ended with Emma Perris leading a five minute guided meditation which you can watch and participate in - five minutes to relax, refocus and reset.
The Tent finished with a fun cook along with Roy Lilley - Posh Beans on Toast for lunch
