Supporting the occupational health team at #UltimateULHT to cascade staff Wellbeing offers via as many mediums as possible

- NHS system have historically downplayed the need for staff wellbeing services – full organisational acknowledgement and investment hasn’t been recognised until now

- Our staff had a wider range of offers than other partners, which was realised as an impact of meetings through ULHT bus engagement networks and so on

- Rolling out of up to date offers is resource intensive and capacity wise not sustainable
