For the last 2 years we have run a Volunteer programme named Summer60
Where young people between the age of 16-19 can volunteer at SRH throughout the summer, gaining experience on our Responder Desk or Ward Support
They receive a certificate once they reach 60hrs of volunteering
Its a fabulous way for us to support and nurture the future of our NHS, and provide these volunteers with a experience in a hospital setting working alongside our regular volunteers and amazing staff at SRH.
