Donna made her pledge today at our monthly Core Brief meeting which is widely attended; she suggested that every member of staff does the same.
We often get letters of praise from our patients, we received a letter from one of our patients, they wrote “I could not fault the attentiveness and care shown by all members of staff that dealt with my visit. The hospital was clean and made me feel relaxed. It's sad that people have to deal with getting two lung fulls of cigarette smoke on their way in and out.”
